Yellow Bell Pepper Mary

Ingredients
- Your choice of vodka (750ml bottle)
- 1 liter of freshly pressed yellow tomato juice
- 6 oz yellow bell pepper juice
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 6 oz yellow beet juice
- 4 oz mango nectar
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 oz white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1/2 oz mango-habanero hot souce
- Smokin’ chipotle meat straw
- Pineapple wedge
- Roasted yellow pepper
- Black lava salt
How to Make it
- Mix together vodka, yellow tomato juice, bell pepper juice, pineapple juice, yellow beet juice, mango nectar, white pepper, white balsamic vinegar, horseradish, mango-habanero sauce in a large pitcher
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Salt rim of glass with black lava salt, pour bloody mary mixture over ice
- Garnish with chipotle meat straw, pineapple wedge, and roasted yellow pepper
