Smoky Mary

Ingredients

  • Your choice of mezcal (750ml bottle)
  • 1 liter of freshly pressed tomato juice
  • 6 oz lime juice
  • 6 oz celery juice
  • 6 oz cucumber juice
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 oz Tabasco Chipotle Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Smokin’ chipotle meat straw
  • Pepperoncini
  • Radish
  • Olive

How to Make it

  1. Mix all ingredients together (except for the meat straw, pepperoncini, radish, and olive) in a large pitcher
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. Salt rim of glass with additional seasalt
  4. Garnish with meat straw, pepperoncini, radish and olives
