Ingredients
- Your choice of mezcal (750ml bottle)
- 1 liter of freshly pressed tomato juice
- 6 oz lime juice
- 6 oz celery juice
- 6 oz cucumber juice
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 1 oz Tabasco Chipotle Sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Smokin’ chipotle meat straw
- Pepperoncini
- Radish
- Olive
How to Make it
- Mix all ingredients together (except for the meat straw, pepperoncini, radish, and olive) in a large pitcher
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Salt rim of glass with additional seasalt
- Garnish with meat straw, pepperoncini, radish and olives
